Within 5 minutes of meeting Chris, I knew I had the right person for the job. Chris was superbly knowledgeable of the neighborhood and what it would take to market the home successfully. He walked me through the entire process and I followed his advice to the letter. He had the necessary contacts to make things happen quickly and supervised everything. Chris prides himself on you being able to leave everything to him. Did he come through ---setting a record selling price for the model of that home in that area!

This is our third transaction with Chris. I am sure there are other great realtors... but honesly Chris goes far beyond the call of duty. We were in Florida while we worked on getting the house sold. Chris handled so many issues with his huge rolodex of help, from carpet installers, clearners, HVAC, even going so far as taking out the garbage when we were gone. I have teased him with the name "the hardest working man in real estate" but this is TRUE. He walked every step with us, includingin hard markets. He is honest to the core, will tell it to you straight, and is the person you want on your side for negotiations and problems that come up. He kept us sane and we hold him in very high esteem!
