When we first met with Chris Jacobs, he came and made notes on our home and then gave us recommendations to easily spruce up “our look”. He always made us feel like we were the most important home for him to sell. He knows Inverness and the surrounding area exceedingly well. Because of this, he accompanied all potential buyers with their realtor on all showings. By doing this he was able to make buyers, who were unfamiliar with the area, see the value in the neighborhood we were in and all it had to offer. His communication was excellent, including keeping us updated on what was happening in the market.
